Each employee automatically receives several e-mail addresses at the respective department/institute based on their employment relationship. The generation takes place on the basis of the cost center stored in the personnel administration in each case. The e-mail addresses are generated in the following form:

• .@.tu-freiberg.de
• @.tu-freiberg.de
• @mailserver.tu-freiberg.de

The first is the official e-mail address of the employee at TU Bergakademie Freiberg, as it can be taken from the user form.

Students receive analogous e-mail addresses of the form:

• [dot] [at] student [dot] tu-freiberg [dot] de
• @student.tu-freiberg.de
• @mailserver.tu-freiberg.de

These mail addresses are valid for the entire period of study at TU Bergakademie Freiberg. They expire with the exmatriculation.
