When it comes to the editorial maintenance of the websites, some legal aspects and specifications have to be taken into account, regardless of the use of the central CMS Drupal. They are to be understood as a minimum standard for the websites at the TU Bergakademie Freiberg. This is to comply with the legal regulations.

Legal requirements

Barrier-free

Since 01.01.2006, all public websites must be barrier-free, i.e. also accessible for people with disabilities.

Data protection

Everyone has a right to self-determined anonymity on the Internet. Each person may therefore determine which publication of his or her own data he or she agrees to.

Copyright

Content that is subject to another's copyright may not be published on one's own websites.

Usage

The central web content management system Drupal is to be used in the form in which it is made available by the University Computer Center (URZ) of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg. Technical extensions or adaptations must be coordinated with the central web coordinator.

Corporate Design

The corporate design of TU Bergakademie Freiberg is binding. When using the central web content management system, the corporate design is provided by default. Deviations must be coordinated with the public relations department.

Structure and usability

Content must be presented in a clear and simple manner. The style guide is intended to facilitate cross-domain usability. Templates for the navigation structure are available for the faculty and institute pages.
