Important note: There are two types of user certificates you can apply for. The first certifies only the authenticity of your university email address and can be requested online. The second additionally includes your full name and requires an in-person identity verification at the University Computer Center.

In order to receive a user certificate containing your email address and your first name and surname, you must come to the University Computer Centre in person.

Please bring:

• Your student or employee ID card and your identity card for identity verification
• An empty USB stick on which you can save the certificate files. and your identity card for identity verification
