Important note: There are two ways in which you can apply for user certificates: The first can be applied for online. The second requires a personal identity check at the University Computer Centre.

In order to receive a user certificate containing your email address and your first name and surname, you must come to the University Computer Centre in person.

Please bring:

• Your student or employee ID card and your identity card for identity verification
• An empty USB stick on which you can save the certificate files. and your identity card for identity verification
• An empty USB stick on which the certificate files can be saved
