The term identity management (IDM) in the IT context refers to the IT-supported management of user data. The aim of identity management is to uniquely identify users across systems and thus ensure access to all services available to the user.

The former identity management portal (IDM portal) is currently unavailable following an IT incident. Instead, the IDM portal content is spread across three provisional user interfaces:

The creation of a new central interface to manage user data is already underway.
