Girls'Day is a nationwide orientation day for girls to find out about careers and study programmes. It is sponsored by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
On Girls'Day, girls learn about professions or study subjects in which the proportion of women is below 40 per cent, e.g. in the fields of IT, skilled trades, natural sciences and technology. Or they meet female role models in leading positions in business and politics.
The next Girls'Day will take place on 03 April 2025.
The next Girls'Day will take place on April 23, 2026.
The registration deadline is April 22, 2026.
