At the university computer center, the web-based KIX is used as a service management system.

With the help of the ticket system, any type of request (for example, fault reports, service and information requests) can be recorded, classified and further processed in a structured manner.

Customer benefits

You can log in to the Customer Portal. There you will be able to create a new ticket, check the status of your tickets, or search the FAQ section for answers. Please note that you are on the campus data network to do this, so you may need to establish an active VPN connection from outside.
