The URZ has joined the product Sophos Intecexpt X Advanced with XDR as part of the state license antivirus software.

Download and updates are only possible via the respective named local administrators. For private use, there is the option of using Sophos HOME, which is also included in the state contract, with your official e-mail address.

How to install Sophos Antivirus software?

To download the software: Log in to the Sophos Central Portal with your credentials. Alternatively, log in to the service desk and request Central Portal access for your sub-administration unit. Access is only granted to local administrators who manage the systems locally. As an individual, please therefore contact your local administrator.

After logging in, you will find the Protect devices item on the left-hand side. Use this menu item to download the appropriate software for an endpoint (client PC) or for a server and install the software.
