Use the application form on the URZ blogs page to register an HPC account. The project manager to be named there will be asked to confirm your application for use by e-mail.

Please create a description of your project in PDF format.

Send it to us electronically by e-mail to servicedesk [at] tu-freiberg [dot] de or via our customer portal.

The renewal of HPC accounts has been suspended until further notice. We will inform users as soon as the renewal cycle is activated again.

Please include a short acknowledgement in your publication, stating the DFG project number of the compute cluster, e.g. the following passage:

"The authors acknowledge computing time on the compute cluster of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg, operated by the computing centre (URZ) and funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) under DFG grant number 397252409."

If you send us your publications, we will also collect them on a website.
