Campus Day on 9 January 2025

And what are you going to do after your A-levels?

Would you like to study, but don't yet know which subject is right for you? Would you like to get to know the university and the study options better? Then come to our Campus Day on 9 January 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Our event starts and ends in the University Library/Lecture Hall Centre, Winklerstraße 3.

 

Note: the event will be held mainly in German.

Welcome to Campus Day

Experience the Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg up close and discover what opportunities studying with us has to offer.

Find out about our degree programmes at the information fair (9:00-15:00 in the foyer of the university library/lecture hall centre) and at the degree programme presentations (9:30-10:30, various rooms in the university library/lecture hall centre).

Talk to students and lecturers and take a look at our laboratories and collections (Campus Explorer 10:30-13:30, various buildings on campus).

The six faculties will be presenting themselves at the stands and offering advice on their degree programmes. There will also be organisations presenting the wide range of sports and language courses on offer. The Student Union will provide advice and information on student finance and housing options.

Campustag-Gewinnspiel

On Campus Day (09 January 2025), stamps can be collected on the stamp cards issued for this purpose. Three different stamps are required to take part in the prize draw.

A random draw will take place at the closing event. The draw will be carried out by drawing from all the stamp cards submitted in good time by the study participants.

You will receive a stamp for participating in a degree programme presentation. You can also collect stamps at the stands of the faculties at the InfoBörse.

1st prize: iPad (10th generation)

2nd prize: JBL Box Flip 6

3rd prize: JBL Tune Buds

4th prize: Powerbank with solar

5th prize: TUBAF Hoodie

Persons between the ages of 14 and 24 who have completed the stamp card in full, collected 3 stamps and are present at the final prize draw. Compliance with the age limits will be checked when the prize is handed over using an official ID document. In the event of non-compliance, the prize will be drawn again.

TUBAF employees are excluded from the competition.

Stamps can be collected on 9 January 2025 between 09:00-14:15; the prize draw will take place at the closing event at 14:15.

Note: Photographs and video recordings will be made of the event for university public relations purposes. Please contact the photographer on site if you do not wish to appear in pictures. The recordings will only appear in the context of the event and the university.
