We have extended the opening hours at the student office (Akademiestraße 6) for personal collection. You will receive your initial password on presentation of your student ID.

Opening hours:

Mo-Thu: 9:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 15:00
Fri: 9:00 - 12:00 (or by appointment)

We need the following information to send it to you:

• Full first and last name
• Matriculation number
• Date of birth
• Scanned student ID and
• Postal address to which the initial password should be sent.

For students abroad

Students who are not in Germany will be given the opportunity to receive the initial password via a video conference (with camera and student ID) at the university administration once the internet is back online.
