Microsoft Exchange is a service from Microsoft. It is used to manage emails, appointments, contacts, tasks and other elements for several users and thus enables collaboration, e.g. in a workgroup.

New employees automatically receive an Exchange mailbox. This is a convenient alternative to the previous e-mail service (Horde Groupware). The Microsoft Outlook email client can be used for this.

Unixmail users who would like to switch to Exchange should contact the IT Service Desk directly.
