Delivery times
- Normal order (processing within a maximum of 72 hours)
- Rush order (processing within a maximum of 24 hours)
The processing time is calculated on the basis of working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For deliveries of copies by post, the postal service is not included in the processing time.
Prices
The prices include a user group-dependent processing fee and a VG-Wort royalty or licence fee. The total price for an order will be displayed at the end of the order process.
