Communicating scientific topics through podcasts and VR

Communicating scientific topics through podcasts and VR

What’s it all about?

Is your research fascinating, but nobody outside your field understands what it’s actually about? Or perhaps you’d like to organise your lecture as a flipped classroom and need a suitable format for this? Our specialist rooms can help with both.

In this practical workshop, you’ll learn how to summarise complex topics from research, teaching or your studies in a clear and concise way – in a compact 3-minute explanatory format. You’ll record your own podcast snippet on the spot and try out an MR application for yourself.

This will give you a first-hand experience of how modern formats bring your content to life: for your own dissertation, as teaching material for pre-recorded lecture content, or to communicate your research to a wider audience. The workshop is aimed at students, lecturers and researchers alike.

Register now and discover how you can present your content in a new way.
