The Freiberg University Library is much more than just a collection of books. As the centrepiece of TU Bergakademie Freiberg, it offers students, scientists and the interested public a modern learning and working space.
It has an extensive collection of printed media and digital resources such as electronic journals, databases and online tutorials, making it the central point of contact for all those who want to obtain academic information and further their education.
The modern, barrier-free building creates a pleasant learning environment with various work areas for individual and group work. You are welcome to make your own impression of the possibilities and services offered by the library.

If you are on site in the building, use our QR codes at prominent points to obtain information directly on the spot.
Before visiting the library, please lock your jacket or coat and bag in a locker in the cloakroom area. If you are not a library user, we will provide you with a guest card at the information desk against a deposit.
