Today we can announce a new team member at our chair! Vishnu kiran Surya vamsam will join the chair as part of the research group "Human-Machine Systems". In his future work, he will focus on researching novel, biomimetically inspired solutions for human-machine systems (e.g. exoskeletons) to support workers.
After studying mechanical engineering, Vishnu specialised in biomechanics during his master's degree at the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. There he developed a strong expertise in musculoskeletal dynamics, exoskeleton systems and the development of innovative prosthetic and orthopaedic solutions. His master's thesis focused on the development of exoskeletons based on personalised biomechanical models.
