We are delighted to welcome Prof Juani Swart to our chair. Prof Swart is Professor of Human Capital Management at the University of Bath. In her research talk "From Islands to Ecosystems", she will illuminate new forms of work organisation, outline avenues for further theory building, and discuss options for their methodological implementation. The talk is offered as part of the (post)doctoral programme of the Faculty of Business Administration and will take place on Tuesday, 26 November 2024, from 2.30 to 3.30 pm in room 3.105 in the Schlossplatzquartier.
