The article "An Activity System Perspective on Smart Product Service Systems" has been accepted for publication in the journal Technological Forecasting and Social Change. The article was co-authored with Isabel Fischer and Marcel Papert (both University of Bamberg) and Günter Prockl (Copenhagen Business School). In our article, we examine the question of how manufacturers orchestrate external partner companies and activities for smart product service systems. The article is based on a qualitative study and a configuration analysis.
