Today we can introduce a new team member at our chair!
Ahmed Mahmoud will join the chair as part of the research group "Human-Machine Systems". In his future work, he will focus on research into the establishment of an overall system architecture. This should enable the communication and integration of different applications to improve the development of human-machine systems (e.g. exoskeletons).
Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (majoring in Mechatronics) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AAST) in Egypt and a Master's degree in Mechatronics with specialisation in Intelligent Systems and Robotics from the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH). His academic and professional experience includes interdisciplinary projects in the fields of robotics, embedded systems and multi-agent systems. As part of his master's thesis, he developed a multi-agent system that utilised distributed sensors and intelligent agent strategies to enable automated monitoring in complex systems.
We are delighted to welcome Ahmed and wish him a wonderful time at our chair!
