The TU Bergakademie Freiberg would like to successfully develop its founding profile in mining science and continue and expand it in the future. In order to be able to react flexibly to social changes, a conceptual, systematic and needs-based personnel development programme is required for its employees. In line with the mission statement adopted in 2009, Profile, Sustainability, Values, Tradition, Passion and Togetherness, the aim is to attract suitable employees, develop their potential and retain them through good framework conditions. In the increasingly fierce national and international competition for "bright minds", it is of great importance for TU Bergakademie Freiberg to offer attractive working conditions and thus also to commit to a gender-equitable and sustainable personnel policy.
