Designing the Sustainable Campus

Sustainability is one of the fundamental values enshrined in the university's mission statement. This value shapes our research and our commitment to environmentally and climate-friendly campus operations.

Further steps and measures are being initiated with the Environmental Officer and the Advisory Board for Environmental Management.

Activities and innovations of the university staff and students can make important positive contributions to sustainability. One of the most important principles of environmental management is therefore the involvement of students and staff in the development and implementation of initiatives.

Contact

The Advisory Board for Environmental Management can in principle be expanded to include other interested participants and form project working groups for individual measures.

If you would like to get involved or have questions and ideas, please contact the Environmental Officer, Prof. Maximilian Lau, or the Environmental Working Group of the Student Council.
