New Online RCP Courses – Spring 2026
The Technical University of Crete (TUC) invites Master’s and Doctoral students from EURECA-PRO partner universities to enrol in seven advanced, English-taught online courses on Responsible Consumption and Production (RCP) in Spring 2026.
Designed for highly motivated postgraduate students, these courses offer in-depth academic content and demanding coursework in areas such as sustainability, energy transition, circular economy, climate change, environmental protection, and resource management.
All lectures are delivered live via Zoom and supported through the EURECA-PRO Moodle LMS, enabling flexible participation within a rigorous learning framework.
Course Topics
- Fossil Fuels and Energy Transition – decarbonisation pathways, renewable integration, sustainable energy systems
- Emerging Technologies for the Exploration of Raw Materials – digital tools, geospatial methods, responsible resource extraction
- Circular Economy – life-cycle thinking, waste valorisation, sustainable production models
- Air Pollution – Fundamentals and Practice – air quality assessment, modelling, mitigation strategies
- Advanced Oxidation Processes in Water and Wastewater Treatment – advanced treatment technologies, water reuse
- Climate Change Impact Assessment in Practice – climate risk modelling, adaptation and policy applications
- Decay and Conservation of Construction Materials of Monuments and Architectural Surfaces – material degradation, conservation science, sustainable restoration
🎓 Don’t miss this: Upon successful completion, students earn ECTS credits (subject to recognition by their home university).
