Training Mobility (STT) Worldwide
In order to carry out a staff mobility for training at TU Bergakademie Freiberg and an Erasmus partner university, resp., a few formalities are necessary. Please write an email to: anja [dot] weigl [at] iuz [dot] tu-freiberg [dot] de. You will then receive all the necessary information.

Target
This activity supports the professional development of HEI teaching and non-teaching staff as well as the development of involved institutions. It may take the form of training events abroad (excluding conferences) and job shadowing/observation periods/training at a partner HEI, or at another relevant organisation abroad. A period abroad can combine teaching and training activities.

Funding conditions
- minimum five days
- maximum 60 days
- Flat rate for staff mobility in Germany: 1st-14th day: 160 Euro/day; 15th-60th day: 112 Euro/day
- Flat rate for staff mobility outside Germany: 1st-14th day: 180 euros/day; 15th-60th day: 126 euros/day
- In addition, personnel receive a travel allowance depending on the distance between the origin and destination of the mobility. Distances are determined using the European Commission's calculation tool.

Teaching Mobility (STA) Worldwide

Target
This allows teaching staff or staff from enterprises to teach at a partner university abroad. Staff mobility for teaching can be in any subject area/academic discipline. A period abroad can combine teaching and training activities.

- minimum 8 hours teaching per week
- Flat rate for staff mobility in Germany: 1st-14th day: 160 Euro/day; 15th-60th day: 112 Euro/day
- Flat rate for staff mobility outside Germany: 1st-14th day: 180 euros/day; 15th-60th day: 126 euros/day
