Each study programe is based on study and examination regulations. These determine the content of the study programs , all regulations, deadlines and other important facts. Below you will find an overview of the programes offered at the Faculty of Chemistry, Physics and Biosciences. In order to adapt to the current range of courses, the Faculty Council can decide on changes to the compulsory elective area of the study programes at the suggestion of the respective study commission. The resulting updates to the curriculum, examination schedule and module handbook are made available to you below.
BNAT - Changes
- The compulsory elective module "Procedural Programming" (2/0/0; 6 CP) by Prof. Zug was deleted and the module "Collection, Analysis and Visualisation of Digital Data" (2/0/0; 6 CP) by Prof. Zug was integrated. (as of 21 March 2024)

MNAT - Changes
- The compulsory elective module "Surface and Solid State Spectroscopy" (2/0/0; 3 CP) by Prof. Knupfer was cancelled and the module "Spectroscopy" (4/0/0 + Exk. 1 SWS; 6 CP) by Prof. Knupfer and Dr Roth was integrated. (as at 21.03.2024)
- The compulsory elective module "Laser Physics" (2/1/0 + Exk.; 3 CP) by Dr Himcinschi was changed to (2/2/0 + Exk. 5 CP). (as of 21 March 2024)
