The exhibition consists of three equal parts. The exhibition on the characteristics and genesis of raw materials follows the subject area "General theory of deposits". The raw material types section of the exhibition corresponds to the "Special theory of deposits". The third part is a regional collection of ore deposits on the territory of the eastern federal states. A special exhibition is dedicated to the scientists who have rendered outstanding services to the Geoscientific Collections since they were established.
