How to design successful customer relationship management?

The article "Implementing customer relationship management successfully: a configurational perspective", which was co-authored with Björn Ivens (University of Bamberg), Kati Kasper-Brauer (Westsächsische Hochschule Zwickau) and Sabrina Thornton (University of Sheffield), has been accepted for publication in Technological Forecasting & Social Change. The article examines how companies organize customer relationship management (CRM). Based on an empirical study, a configurational analysis was run, which shows that multiple performance-enhancing CRM design options exist. More information about this article is available here.
