At the start of your Erasmus+ mobility, you will need to complete and sign the 'Certificate of Arrival' or 'Arrival Confirmation'. This document is provided by your home institution. You can usually obtain it by accessing your university's online mobility portal. If not, please ask your International/Mobility Department.
Once you are admitted to our university, our admissions office will send you the admission letter. Please go through the letter carefully and follow the procedure (submitting of documents, paying the semester fee). Please note that otherwise you cannot be enrolled duly!
Once you are enrolled, the International Office will be notified about your enrolment. We will then reach out via mail and inform you that your documents are ready for pick-up at our offices. Also, we will fit you up with further advise about your studies here in Freiberg. If you have further queries whatsoever, feel free to contact our Admissions Office.
At the beginning of each semester, the International Office organizes the "Orientation Days" for new international students at TUBAF. It is an extensive event usually taking place during the first week of April and the first week of October respectively.
During your studies, you have a whole lot of things to arrange. The most important are listed on our dedicated website to study organization and will help you to get along with your studies. The student office is your first point of contact.
Erasmus+ students cannot register for the exams using the self-service portal. Please refer to the information provided on our website dedicated to exams where you will find the exam registration form as a PDF download.
