Study organization

The plan for the academic year contains all the important data on the start and duration of the semester, lecture periods, examination times, university days and re-registration periods.

As part of a course of study, various examinations must be completed, which are specified in the examination and study regulations.

Students must register for further studies in due form and time for each semester (= re-registration for their studies)

In the course of your studies, it may be that you consider a change of course due to changes in interests, other professional goals or the realization that the current course does not meet expectations.

A leave of absence from studies is possible in certain situations and can help students to cope with personal or extraordinary circumstances. The student office will advise and help.

Application for a leave of absence

The student's membership of the TUBAF ends with the exmatriculation. De-registration usually takes place at the end of the semester. There can be various reasons for this.
