With the class or course to the university
An excursion to Freiberg is worthwhile! School classes can experience science and get to know the university through campus tours, lectures, and experiments. We can create an individual (also digital) program for this.
Study information at the gymnasium
We are happy to participate in study and career orientation events at the gymnasium and support you with lectures and an information booth from the university. We also offer subject-specific teaching units, such as lectures on exciting research topics. These offers are available in-person and also digitally.

Journey into the World of Natural Resources
An interactive exhibition on the university campus takes you on a "Journey into the World of Natural Resources." Titled "From the Salt of Life," it playfully makes it understandable that the world in which we live exists, evolves, and changes through the extraction and use of natural resources.
Guided tours of up to 90 minutes are available, and working materials are provided.
Central Student Advisory
The Central Student Advisory Service is the point of contact for prospective students regarding any concerns and questions about their studies in personal counselling sessions, by telephone or by e-mail.
It is also the point of contact for high schools and classes to visit the university.
