This week we had the pleasure of experiencing the final week of the winter term and with it the final presentations of our courses - and we are really impressed by the depth, creativity and professionalism shown by our students.
The projects focused on forward-looking topics such as:
🤖 Robotics and industrial automation
⚙️ Automated and autonomous systems
🦾 Exoskeletons and assistive technologies
Throughout the semester, students developed technical concepts, designed system architectures, analysed complex technical challenges and proposed practical solutions. The range of application areas was particularly exciting - from intelligent robotic systems and autonomous decision-making processes to ergonomic assistance systems for industrial environments.
What stood out in the presentations was:
the strong understanding of the technical fundamentals,
the careful consideration of safety and human-machine interaction
as well as the inclusion of economic and social perspectives in the technical design.
It is particularly gratifying to see how theoretical knowledge develops into innovative and well-structured concepts - and how confidently these ideas are presented and defended.
Our sincere thanks go to all the students for their dedication, curiosity and hard work throughout the semester. The future of automation and robotics is undoubtedly in good hands.
