In accordance with the Higher Education Statistics Act of 2 November 1990 (BGBl. I p. 2414), which was amended by Article 3 of the Act of 7 December 2016 (BGBl. I p. 2826), TU Bergakademie Freiberg is obliged to provide annual statistical figures on its doctoral students to the State Statistical Office in Kamenz. For this reason, you are obliged to complete the following data collection sheet as an attachment to the declaration of intent. In accordance with the doctoral regulations of the faculties, supervision agreements should be concluded between supervisors and doctoral candidates.
