The promotion of early career researchers is an important concern of the Faculty of Business Administration. In addition to supervision at the individual professorships, doctoral students at the Faculty have the opportunity to take part in the courses of the Saxon Doctoral Programme in Management Research. The programme offers courses on various topics and methods so that doctoral students can individually expand and strengthen their skills. In addition, colloquia from different disciplines are organised across the university to give doctoral students the opportunity to exchange ideas on their own topics.
