1. Service description
A user account is required to use the online print order acceptance and billing PaperCut. The service can be found at the URL https://papercut.print.tu-freiberg.de.
The system is operated on the infrastructure of the data centre of TU Bergakademie Freiberg.
To use the service, the transmission of the data listed under point 2 is mandatory. This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter c) GDPR i.V.m. § Section 5 para. 2 no. 15 SächsHSG. Without the transmission of the data listed under point 2, use is not possible.
Future changes to this data will also be transmitted. You have the right to object to the transmission at any time. Please note, however, that it will no longer be possible to use the service in this case.
Since financial transactions take place in the billing portal, your data will be stored for 10 years after transmission, regardless of whether you have objected to transmission once it has taken place.
The following data will be synchronised with the PaperCut system if you agree:
- URZ login to assign the documents to be printed to your user account
- Card serial number(s) to collect the printed products from the printer with your student or employee ID. card serial number(s) to collect the print products from the printer with your student or employee ID
- Email address to deliver scan jobs and to contact you in the event of an error
Use of the public printers is only possible with a user account in the PaperCut system. The provision and use of anonymous copy cards is not possible
