Our professorship was represented by David Scherb, Amir Nemati, Chen Chen and Vishnu Kiran Surya Vamsam, who contributed to the conference with their research and took away valuable insights and inspiration from the professional community.

Two highlights were the presentations:

🔹 Vishnu presented his work on the use of musculoskeletal human simulations for the evaluation of early-stage exoskeleton design prototypes. His approach shows how meaningful evaluations can be carried out in early development phases.

🔹 Amir presented a novel architecture for the individualised and context-dependent control of exoskeletons, which represents an important step towards adaptive and user-centred assistance systems.

In addition to the presentations, the conference provided excellent opportunities for exchange, discussion and networking with researchers and practitioners from the field of occupational science.

We look forward to incorporating these findings into our future work! 🚀
