Collaborative working with VIA Connect 2

In group workroom 3.213 (3rd floor), up to six people can work together digitally on tasks. Screens of all devices brought along can be displayed synchronously on the monitor if required or the work can be tracked on your own device. Functions such as a shared whiteboard or local storage, which can be used to distribute the jointly created document to all devices, support efficient collaborative work.

 

What is required for this?

  1. Connect to the collaboration system. You will find the necessary access data directly in the room.
  2. For the best user experience, we recommend using the VIA app.

  3. All participants start the app and enter the shared virtual collaboration room, as shown on the monitor. If you have never worked with the VIA app before, only this room should appear in the app. Then enter the current room code displayed on the monitor in the app.

No personal data is stored beyond the shared session. After the session ends, all documents, data and drawings are deleted.
