We offer various learning and workspaces in our reading rooms. These include individual workstations, group workrooms and functional rooms for collaborative work, which students and employees of TU Bergakademie Freiberg can book via the "anny" booking system.
Rooms & Function
On the third floor, there are two rooms at the front and rear of the reading room, each with six individual workstations, for working on scientific publications.
On the 3rd floor, four group rooms are available for groups of two or more people to work together and exchange ideas.
The "ON AIR podcast studio" is a fully equipped studio for recording and editing audio documents.

The ScienceLab is a workshop room that is equipped both for the scientific processing of rock thin sections and for working with 3D models.

As an extension to the 3D theme of the ScienceLab, this open space is available for exploring immersive worlds.

- Download the app: anny in the App Store , anny on Google Play
- When starting the app for the first time, please select the option "anny.eu" and then click on "Continue with SSO".
- Then enter the domain "tu-freiberg.de" in the "Organisation Domain" field.
- The language can be changed in the profile.
- Go to "Explore" and select the desired library / learning centre under Resources.
