This paper presents a practical training programme that helps companies prepare for the integration of industrial exoskeletons, addressing challenges such as limited system acceptance, lack of experience and lack of application knowledge.

💡 The four-module programme supports companies from ergonomics and task analysis through to implementation and evaluation. The positive feedback from 63 participants from 26 companies underlines the high relevance of the programme for translating research findings into practical HR development measures.
