Today we can introduce a new team member at our chair! Amir Nemati will join the Chair of Human-Machine Systems as part of the research group "Human-Machine Systems". In his future work, he will focus on investigating the effects of physical and cognitive workload in human-machine systems (e.g. exoskeletons) using different levels of intelligent assistance (up to AI).
After completing his Master's degree in Microengineering/Mechatronics at Chemnitz University of Technology, Amir started working as a research assistant at the Chair of Adaptronics and Lightweight Design in Manufacturing. His research focuses on the application of artificial intelligence, optimisation and soft computing (fuzzy logic) for actuator integration and FEM-based analysis. He has been involved in projects on intelligent drive systems, intelligent automation, IoT-based monitoring solutions and the development of advanced tools to optimise industrial processes.
We are delighted to welcome Amir and wish him a great time at our chair!
