Today, a meeting of scientists, industry experts and transfer experts took place in Leipzig, where results from validation funding projects were presented. The MSE Lab was represented by Dr Jakob Sablowski, who presented the latest results from the UltraGas project.
The UltraGas project is dedicated to the development of cost-effective ultrasonic measurement systems for determining hydrogen concentrations in natural gas mixtures. The background to this is the increasing addition of hydrogen to the natural gas network. Precise measurement of the gas composition is crucial for industry in order to control plants and processes safely and efficiently.
The validation funding from the Saxon State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Transport aims to evaluate the exploitation potential of innovative scientific research and promote the transfer of research in a targeted manner. futureSAX supports the funded scientists in a structured process.
