This winter semester, TUBAF students can learn, refresh or perfect a total of 8 languages (other than German). The International University Centre offers courses at different levels depending on the previous language level. Students who successfully complete a language course receive an internationally recognised Unicert certificate for many languages. This is recognised as proof of language skills, for example for job applications or stays abroad during your studies.
In addition to the specialised English courses that are a fixed part of many degree programmes, the following courses are available:
Online registration until Thursday, 17 October
Students can register online via OPAL from 10 October until Thursday, 17 October at 10:00 am. As capacities in the individual courses are limited, the team recommends registering in good time. Students who do not get a place will be placed on the waiting list and may then be able to move up. The courses start in the second week of lectures, i.e. from 21 October. Pre-registration is not necessary for English language courses, which are integrated into the timetables of the degree programmes.
