The Umberto LCA+ software is one of the leading life cycle assessment software solutions and makes it possible to identify and reduce the resource and energy consumption of a process and thus optimise the environmental performance of products.

Each participant receives a certificate at the end of the course under the following conditions:
- Attendance and successful participation in all dates of the software internship
- Submission and passing of the document assignment

- Introduction to the Umberto LCA+ software
- Graphical representation of material and energy flows as a means of material flow analysis
- Identifying and evaluating improvement potentials
- Visualisation using Sankey-diagram
- Determining the CO2 footprint
- Use of subnets
- Cost calculation
- Export to Excel
Note:
In order to obtain a certificate, a document task will be presented at the end of the practical course, which students are expected to solve independently. Attendance is required on all dates.
