If you need to bridge a few days until you move into your new accommodation in Freiberg, the offers of guest houses and private landlords in Freiberg are at your disposal:

A group of several tenants can save money in a shared flat. Example calculation: For a 3-room flat for 600 euros/month including ancillary costs, each of three members pays 200 euros. The costs can even be divided fairly according to the size, furnishings or location of the rooms. To be suitable for sharing, a flat should have the following features: There are no connecting rooms in the flat. This means that all rooms must be accessible from the corridor. In this way, all residents can remain undisturbed in their rooms if they want.

Can't find a single flat or free space in an existing shared flat? – Set up a new flat share! Landlords such as Städtische Wohnungsgesellschaft also conclude tenancy agreements with several equal tenants in one flat.
