Confirm Entries

Once you have confirmed your entries, you will be registered for the event and will receive an invoice including a participant number by email.  An invoice for the conference fee will be sent to the email address provided or by post to the billing address.  The invoice will include all the information needed for payment.  As soon as the payment has been made and received by us, you will receive a registration confirmation.

General information on the processing of your personal data can be found in the data protection declaration of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg (Privacy). Your data will be used solely for the preparation, execution, and follow-up of the conference and will be deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled. We are legally obliged to keep invoices for 8 years. Please note that participation in the conference is only possible if you provide us with your data.

Photographs will be taken throughout the event and may be published on the organiser's homepage. These recordings are associated with the visual representation of persons present, whereby the selection of persons is random. The recordings will be used on the organiser's homepage and in the organiser's print media. By entering the event premises, the participant consents to the free publication in the above-mentioned manner and distribution and/or storage and access to the recorded image material without any time restrictions as part of the organiser's public relations work.

I agree that names and e-mail addresses will be included in a list of participants and made available to conference participants.
