UltrasounDD 2025 - Interdisciplinary symposium on the future of medical ultrasound technology
Together with colleagues from TU Dresden and Universitätsklinikum Dresden, we (MSE Lab) are organising the interdisciplinary symposium UltrasounDD 2025 on 26 September 2025 - an open platform for exchange, discussion and networking on current developments in ultrasound technology in medicine.
The free event is aimed at researchers, developers and users from the fields of medical technology, sensor technology, signal processing and ultrasound diagnostics - from both academia and industry.
Participants can expect a varied programme with keynotes, discussions, live demonstrations and interactive formats. National and international experts will provide insights into current research topics and practical applications.
Jun.Prof. Christian Kupsch will give a lecture on the topic "From Signals to Meaning in Wearable Ultrasound: Systems, Architectures, and Applications" - with a focus on wearable ultrasound systems, intelligent signal processing architectures and their future applications.
The aim of the event is to promote interdisciplinary dialogue between technology and medicine, make synergies visible and initiate new collaborations.
