The terra mineralia and the Krügerhaus are also open on Mondays during the Saxon autumn holidays. The TU Bergakademie Freiberg's mineral exhibition is thus accommodating the increased demand during the holidays.

Autumn holiday programme for families with children
In the programme "VON RITTER, EINHORN UND DRACHE", young visitors experience magical adventures. They help their friend the unicorn to find his magic horn. Only the dragon in the volcanic cave can fix it again with his blue fire. The minerals in the exhibition give the heroes incredible powers on their mission. The autumn holiday programme will take place from 30 September to 15 October 2023, always Monday to Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm.
