Board of Trustees

The Executive Board decides on the use of the foundation's funds at the suggestion of the Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg. This concerns the measures to maintain the foundation capital on the one hand, and investments in research on the other. In the latter case, the Executive Board decides on the recommendation of the Rectorate of TU Bergakademie Freiberg.
