You can then select all the products you would like to buy or click on everything you would like to participate in. Presentations

When submitting presentations, please also register for the event using the registration form!

Please upload your presentation here according to the following pattern:

  1. Name of the main author (mandatory)
  2. Other authors (optional)
  3. Presentation title / main title (mandatory)
  4. Subtitle, if applicable (optional)
  5. Summary / abstract (max. 250 words) (mandatory)
  6. Contact details (mandatory / optional)

Conference contribution

The conference fee is valid for two days (16.09.2025 to 17.09.2025) and amounts to €320.00. The evening event on 16.09.2025 in the Städtischen Festsaal Freiberg is included in the conference fee.

Please register at the latest by 14.09.2025 for the conference in the webshop!

Students, pensioners and retirees receive a discount (€30.00).
Speakers receive a discount (€250.00).
Life partners or similarly placed persons who participate in the accompanying  programme (including city tours, sightseeing, ...) will be charged a contribution towards expenses of €100.00.

A welcome drink/snack is included in the conference fee at the final meeting of participants on 17.09.2025 in the Schwanenschlößchen zu Freiberg.

Please register at the latest by 14.09.2025 for the evening event (17.09.2025) in the webshop!

Lichtenberg/Ronneburg redevelopment site

Unfortunately, the excursion will not take place due to low participant numbers! Please understand this!

A welcome drink/snack is included in the conference fee at the registration meeting on 15.09.2025 in the Ratskeller Freiberg. Please register at the latest by 14.09.2025 for this evening event in the webshop. 

Note: This evening event can only be booked in conjunction with another event.
