My tasks as a youth and trainee representative are
- to represent the interests of young people and trainees
- to monitor compliance with legal regulations, service agreements and collective agreements
- to work closely with the staff representatives
- to work towards improving training conditions
- to promote dialogue between trainees and the administration
I am the contact person for questions and concerns of trainees and I am committed to ensuring that your rights are respected!
My goals are to reduce or resolve any tensions and conflict situations that may arise between trainers and trainees and I want to help you gain good experience during your training period, be successful and enter the world of work in a stronger position.
