Important date for anyone starting out in their career or looking for a new career direction: The ORTE careers fair will take place in Freiberg on 18 June. Organised by the Career Center of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg, the fair is mainly aimed at its students who are looking for career entry opportunities. However, school pupils and other interested parties can also explore internship and career opportunities there.
More than 30 companies will be exhibiting at the fair - from regional companies and SMEs to international corporations. Companies will present their current job and internship vacancies on the job wall. Visitors can get tips on how to improve their applications at the application portfolio check organised by HR managers directly on site. Free mini-lectures on current topics are aimed not only at students, but also at school pupils who are interested in finding out more about studying at TU Bergakademie Freiberg or other educational pathways. The exhibitors are already presenting themselves with online portraits and revealing important information about the requirements they are looking for and the desired skills.
The ORTE careers fair also focuses on the topic of recruiting skilled workers and integrating international students by bringing together companies and students with an international background.
A visit to the fair is free of charge.
