Submitting this form does not automatically grant approval. We will review your information promptly and notify you of our decision. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days to issue a photography and filming permit.

Type of planned publication - The footage may only be used for the specified purpose. Prior permission is required for any further use in contexts other than those agreed upon or for the transfer of the film or photographic material to third parties.

Additional notes

The applicant shall be liable for any damages and expenses incurred as a result of filming or photography - including preparation and execution - by the applicant, their staff, or their other agents, in accordance with applicable law. The applicant shall indemnify TU Bergakademie Freiberg against all claims by third parties arising in connection with their filming activities. This indemnification shall not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of TU Bergakademie Freiberg or its agents and vicarious agents.
