Saxon University Championship Handball

On Saturday, 24 May 2025, the Saxon university championship in mixed handball will take place in the Ernst-Grube Halle (Tschaikowskistraße 2, Freiberg) between 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m..

We welcome a total of 7 teams and thus participants from TU Dresden, TU Chemnitz, Leipzig University, the universities of Zwickau and Mittweida as well as TUBAF. The final will take place at around 4.30 p.m., followed by an award ceremony in which all teams will receive certificates and the best team will be crowned Saxon university champion with a trophy.

The event is open to spectators - admission is free!
Grilled food and drinks can be purchased.

Look forward to exciting, high-scoring matches in a great atmosphere.
